Upload an existing ID card design (JPG, PNG, WEBP, SVG, or PDF page). The studio detects the card boundary, trims it, and converts it into an editable template. You then drop dynamic fields — photo, name, class, roll no. — on top of it in the Editor.

Frame Library 200 designs

200 built-in professional CR80 frames. "Use as Template" creates a ready template: front+back backgrounds at 300 DPI with photo, logo, field and ID-number placeholders already positioned.

Double-click a text field to edit its content. Use {Name}-style placeholders — they are replaced per record during bulk generation.

Bulk Photo Import & Auto-Matching

Photo filename should equal the matching value — e.g. matching on RollNo: 101.jpg, 102.png. Signatures can be matched too: name them like 101_sign.jpg and they auto-bind to Signature fields.

Epson Driver Guide (print from browser → driver does the rest)

Epson L8050 (A4) — Paper: A4 · Media: Epson Premium Glossy for photo paper, Plain/thick for PVC sheets · Quality: High / Photo RPM · Borderless: ON for edge-to-edge sheets · Color: Vivid off for accurate IDs.
Epson L18050 (A3+) — Paper: A3 · Same media logic · For PVC: feed via rear tray, thickness lever up.
PVC sheets — print mirrored transfer only if your sheet type requires it; standard inkjet PVC prints direct. Always run one draft sheet, verify cut-mark alignment with your cutter/die, then run the batch.
Duplex ID cards — print all FRONT sheets, reinsert stack, print BACK sheets (mirror option keeps left/right alignment for long-edge flip).

Offline Libraries (optional)

For 100% offline XLSX import and direct PDF export, place xlsx.full.min.js and jspdf.umd.min.js in the same folder as this file. Without them: CSV import and browser Print-to-PDF work fully offline. When internet is available the libraries load automatically from CDN.

Backup

Everything — templates, records, school profiles, settings — lives in this browser's IndexedDB. Photos are included in workspace export as compressed JPEG data.
