At City Cyber Printing & Trading Solutions (Pixel Paper), we want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains when refunds, replacements, and cancellations apply.
Custom & Personalised Products
Because printing, photo frames, personalised gifts, ID cards, and similar items are custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless the item is defective or differs from your approved order.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching your confirmed specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund after verification.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production or processing has begun. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a deduction for work completed.
Digital Services & Tools
Our free digital tools are provided free of charge. Paid digital services are delivered on completion; refunds for paid digital work are considered case by case where the deliverable was not provided.
